Lebron to Miami

I think for basketball this is good news in the sense that we now have an evil empire. I am not one who is convinced this will mirror the Celtics big three. For one I am not sure that Lebron and Wade can share the ball for a full run. I have not seen Chris Bosh play enough to know that he is a superstar. No point guard of note plays on this team and it would seem they will have very little money to add any extra pieces. The Heat will be a very good team with at least two great players. I am not convinced that they are a sure thing however.

As to Lebron, Cleveland hates him and the rest of the league must doubt the path he took to get where he is.

Lebron ETC

So Lebron is shopping himself along with the other great free agents of the summer. Already we have seen Joe Johnson, Paul Pierce and Dirk Novitski come to terms and stay with their original teams. Amare Stoudemire will be moving to the Knicks and it appears that Chris Bosh in the first big move will be moving to Miami to join Dwayne Wade. The big news conference is set for tomorrow evening where Lebron will let us know where he intends to play.

Espn will cover this live. It is quite a marketing move. It seems quite unlikely that he will stay in Cleveland. Some feel he will go to Miami and join Bosh and Wade. He might but I for one am not sure how that will work. I think the best place for him would be the Bulls. With Noah and Rose and the ability to sign yet another great player this would seem to be the best fit.

We shall see. Like I always tell Tyler in these moments. It is not like it's baseball
